Eligibility and Enrollment
- Target participants: Professional caregivers (nurses’ aides, orderlies, patient care assistants), family caregivers supported by Hebron Medical Center, and approved volunteers.
- Prerequisites: High school diploma or equivalent; background check and health screening; basic literacy and numeracy skills; ability to engage empathetically with patients.
